Special Days at School There are several special days in our school. During these days students of our school take part in different school competitions in autumn, go on a hike in spring, skate, ski, toboggan in winter.

Questionaire Do you often eat vegetables and fruit? Do you do sports regularly? Do you use computer more than an hour? Do you eat chocolate, sweets, chips and biscuits every day? Do you sleep 8-10 hours at night? Do you sometimes think about how fit you are?

The results of the Questionaire 48 students of the 9-th forms of Kinel-Cherkasskaya secondary school №2 were asked questions about their lifestyle and habits.

Healthy Life Style and My Classmates’ Attitude to It 3 % of my classmates do their morning exercises. 99% attend physical training lessons. 32 % attend swimming-pool every week. More than 50% eat in the school canteen. More than 20 % of my classmates drink oxygen cocktail and eat fruit and vegetables every day. Three students have got extra weight and try to avoid eating chocolate and sweets.

Eating a healthy diet is a part of healthy lifestyle. You should eat more fruit and vegetables.

Eat moderately – even much of a good food can be bad
Balance – a balanced diet increases the mental capacity
Variety – if we eat a wide variety of foods, our organism can get all the vitamins we need.
Vitamins are essential for a healthy life. If you follow these guidelines, you can eat whatever your heart desires!

Be aware. Make a list of all the physical activities you do on a typical day. If you find that the bulk of your time is spent sitting, make another list of all the ways you could move more—getting up each hour to stretch or walk, walk the stairs at work, etc.
