Влияние спорта на человека

A healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, and sport are the main elements of life that every person should follow. Nowadays, sports equipment companies offer a lot of various simulators that make sports activities more attractive and efficient. In all cities every year sports clubs, sports halls, fitness centers open. Sport is also available in nature, at home, even in the workplace. Home exercise equipment is distinguished by its compactness and mobility. A lot of audio training cassettes are produced that allow you to play sports at home, and save money and free time in fitness rooms.

Even if you are busy at work and live in an accelerated rhythm, you need to find a free half hour every day and devote them to the sport. Any physical activity is very good for health, keeps in shape, supports strength and improves mood from the results. Sports activities contribute to the proper metabolism, which affects the general well-being, increases efficiency.

Sport strengthens the immune system and the human body has the ability to fight colds and viruses. Also, thanks to the sport, fat cells are burned, muscles strengthen, a beautiful posture appears, the figure looks slim and fit. Sport is useful for the work of the heart, proper blood circulation. Due to physical exertion, the likelihood of strokes and heart attacks is reduced. Those who like to play sports, get rid of all bad habits, first of all alcohol and tobacco are excluded.

It is recommended to engage in sports at any age, the main thing is to do it moderately, not to burden yourself, to do the exercises correctly, and not to forget about safety rules. Take care of yourself and your health!

Здоровый образ жизни, правильное питание, спорт — основные элементы жизни, которым должен следовать каждый человек. В настоящее время компании по спортивному снаряжению предлагают массу различных тренажеров, которые делают занятие спортом более привлекательным и результативным. Во всех городах каждый год открываются спортивные клубы, спорт-залы, фитнес-центры. Спорт также доступен на природе, в домашних условиях, даже на рабочем месте. Домашние тренажеры отличаются своей компактностью и мобильностью. Выпускается множество обучающих аудио кассет, которые позволяют заниматься спортом дома, и экономить деньги и свободное время на фитнес-залах.

Даже если вы загружены на работе и живете в ускоренном ритме, необходимо каждый день находить свободные пол часа и уделять их спорту. Любая физическая нагрузка очень полезна для здоровья, держит в тонусе, поддерживает силы и повышает настроение от полученных результатов. Занятия спортом способствуют правильному обмену веществ, что влияет на общее самочувствие, повышается работоспособность.

Спорт укрепляет иммунитет и человеческий организм имеет возможность бороться с простудой и вирусами. Также, благодаря спорту происходит сжигание жировых клеток, укрепляются мышцы, появляется красивая осанка, фигура выглядит стройной и подтянутой. Спорт полезен для работы сердца, правильного кровообращения. Благодаря физическим нагрузкам сокращается вероятность инсультов и инфарктов. Те, кто любит заниматься спортом, избавляются от всех вредных привычек, первым делом исключается алкоголь и табак.

Спортом рекомендуется заниматься в любом возрасте, главное делать это умеренно, не нагружать себя, правильно выполнять упражнения, и не забывать о правилах безопасности. Берегите себя и своё здоровье!

Sports and a healthy way of life

Sport is very important in our life. It is popular among young and old people. Many people do morning exercises, jog in the morning, train themselves in clubs, in different sections and take part in sport competitions. Other people like sports too, but they only watch sports games, listen to sports news. They prefer reading interesting stories about sportsmen. But they don’t go in for sports. Physical training is an important subject at school. Pupils have got physical training lessons twice a week. Boys and girls play volleyball and basketball at the lessons. There is a sportsground near our school and schoolchildren go in for sports in the open air. A lot of different competitions are held at schools, a great number of pupils take part in them. All participants try to get good results and become winners. Sport helps people to keep in good health. If you go in for sports, you have good health and don’t catch cold. Children and grown-ups must take care of their health and do morning exercises regularly. There are some popular kinds of sports in our country: football, volleyball, hockey, gymnastics, skiing, skating. Athletics is the general term used to describe a wide range of sports. It includes such kinds of sports as running, jumping and others. Everybody may choose the sport he (or she) is interested in. There are summer and winter sports. My favourite sport is swimming. I go to the swimming-pool twice a week. But I prefer to rest by the lake or the river and swim there. My friend Kostya goes in for boxing. He is a good boxer and he is a brave and courageous boy. His hobby helps him in his everyday life.

Цель урока: систематизировать и обобщить знания учащихся по теме «Health and Body Care»

развивать коммуникативные навыки учащихся;

учить детей делать краткие сообщения, презентации творческих проектов;

проводить интерактивный опрос;

обрабатывать полученные данные;

воспитывать здоровые привычки;

показать учащимся важность здорового образа жизни.

активизировать изученную лексику по теме “Здоровье”;

развивать умение в использовании модального глагола – should;

развивать у учащихся навык аудирования;

развивать у учащихся умение творчески использовать усвоенный материал в новых ситуациях общения.

Образовательный аспект: расширение знаний учащихся о здоровом образе жизни и способах сохранения здоровья.

Тип урока: комбинированный.

Форма проведения урока: урок – защита проектов.

Методы: словесный, наглядно – иллюстративный, тренировка, применение, контроль, метод проекта.

Оборудование и оснащение урока: таблицы, график; дидактический раздаточный материал: карточки-задания, картинки «Health Code», бумажные лепестки «A Magic Flower»; ИКТ: проектор, экран, компьютер, презентации учителя и учащихся, доска; докторский халат и принадлежности.

I. Организационный момент.

a) Вступительное слово учителя, постановка цели и задач урока. (1 мин .)

T: – Good morning, everybody! I’m very glad to see you. How are you?

P1: – I’m fine, thanks. And how are you?

T: – I’m fine too. Thank you. ( Слайды № 1, 2)

T: – Look at the screen and think what we are going to speak about. Yes, you are right. Today we’ll speak on the topic “Health and body care”. We are going to discuss our lifestyle and the ways of taking care about our health. At the lesson you are going to speak a lot, using lexical and grammatical material; to listen to the doctor`s story and to do the task, to show your presentations and to check your knowledge on the topic. You are going to work in small groups. I wish you good luck.

T: At first we should revise some words on our topic. Look at the screen, please. I will read these words and then you will repeat them altogether. (Слайд № 3)

T: You’ll agree that our health is in our own hands. Thousands years ago ancient Greeks said: “The first wealth is health. Health is the best wealth”. These words will be a motto of today’s lesson.

1) Brain — storming . Актуализация лексико-грамматического материала по теме.

T: The question is that our life is so dynamic that sometimes we don’t have any time to have regular meals, to do exercises regularly, to sleep enough. As a result people have serious problems with their health. Let’s speak about our habits. What should or shouldn’t we do to be healthy? (3 мин .) ( Слайд № 5, 6, 7)

2) Развитие навыков аудирования по теме . (4 мин )

T: I hope you understand that it is important to follow these simple rules to keep fit. But sometimes people can fall ill. What should they do in this case? You are right. Let’s listen to the doctor`s story and know how he examines the patients. Then you will put these pictures, which you can see on the screen, in the right order. (Слайд № 8)

3) Релаксирующая пауза. Песня “ If you ’ re happy and you know it …”.Учащиеся исполняют песню и делают ряд физических упражнений, о которых речь идет в песни. (2 мин) ( Слайд № 9)

4) Развитие диалогической речи . (5 мин )

T: To have a rest is also one of the rules of keeping fit.

T: But some people who don’t care much about their health and don’t follow some useful advice can fall ill. Who can help people if they are ill?

T: What is doctor’s daily routine?

— Whom does he treat?

— What does he prescribe?

— What does he write?

— Where does he work?

T: I see that you know everything about doctor’s daily routine. I think that when we all were small kids we played the same game called «Hospital». Some of you were doctors, others were patients. Let’s return back to the past and remember what it is like to be a doctor and a patient. At home a pair of pupils has prepared the sketch «At the Doctor’s». I’ll give you a minute to concentrate.

T: Are you ready? You are welcome. (C лайд № 11)

Patient: Hello, doctor! May I come in?

Doctor: Hi! Come in, please. Sit down, will you?

Patient: Thank you. (He coughs badly).

Doctor: That cough sounds really very bad. How long have you had it?

Patient: For about two weeks.

Doctor: I think I should listen to your chest and lungs. Breathe in deeply, that’s right, and once more, please. Sit down. I’m going to take your blood pressure and feel your pulse.

You are seriously ill. By the way, do you smoke?

Patient: Yes, I do.

Doctor: You shouldn’t smoke at all.

Patient: Oh, doctor, I’m afraid. What should I do?

Doctor: First of all stop smoking, take regular exercises, eat healthy food and go in for sports.

T: I think you will agree with me if a person wants to be healthy he should have healthy habits. I suppose it will be interesting to ask our guests about their habits. Instruction: Answer the questions (Yes or No)

P.: According to a survey the pupils of our form do not take enough care about their health. The majority of us skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast is bad for young people; it is easy only for one pupil to get up early. Majority of us has chaotic lifestyle; but there is a good thing. T: You see that it is very difficult to follow healthy lifestyle. But do not forget “Health is the best wealth”. And what can help you to be healthy? Of course, school. Only at school you do morning exercises, go in for sports three times a week, and have a balanced diet. Let ’ s listen to this group of pupils . (Ученики рассказывают о занятиях спортом в школе).

P: As for us, I want to tell you about sports in our school. We pay great attention to sports in the school. We have PE three times a week and we enjoy our lessons very much. The lessons are held in a big gym and in the sports ground. At the lessons we run, jump and play sport games. We are crazy about volleyball, football and basketball. Each pupil in the school knows that it is necessary to go to the PE lesson to keep fit. There are some champions and excellent sportsmen in our class. They are … . P: We`d like to tell you about our school canteen. In order to stay healthy it is important to have a balanced diet. The balanced diet is food that contains something from each of the three main groups of food. These groups are protein, fat and carbohydrates. You find protein in lots of food: meat, fish, nuts, cheese and milk. It helps your body grow and be healthy and it gives you energy. Fat gives you energy too, but don’t eat a lot – it is bad for you. Carbohydrates give you more than 70% of your energy. Bread, cereals, fruits and vegetables contain lots of carbohydrates. A school cook aunt Mina takes care about our balanced diet. Many children of our school have dinner in our canteen. We like such dishes as borsch, salads, chicken, porridge and rolls. (Слайд № 15)

P1: We`d like to speak a few words about fast food. As we can see, a lot of people like fast food. Nowadays people are so busy, as they have no time to cook. Most of them prefer to have breakfast, lunch or supper in fast food restaurants. Children also like fast food very much. Pupils of our school often eat it and they are crazy about fast food. But nobody thinks that fast food is junk food. It’s very bad for our health. This food is very fat, it has many calories, and there are no vitamins in it. People who often have meals in fast food restaurants are often overweight. We advise you not to eat fast food, if you want to be healthy and fit. Take care of yourselves. (Слайд № 16)

T: Do you agree with their opinion? Do you like fast food? Is it tasty? How often do you visit Mc Donald’s?

c) A magic flower. (2 мин )

T: So you see that nowadays people want to be strong and healthy. And what about you? What do you do to keep fit? This magic flower will help you to answer my question. (Слайд № 17) I will give each of you a coloured petal and you will fill it in, writing what you do to keep fit. And then you’ll come up to the blackboard and fix your petal round the centre.

T: Are you ready?

T: I’m glad to hear that you take care of your health and do a lot to keep fit.
